Taylor Freezer of New England and Bravo North America are proud to announce that they will be holding a gelato class with Morgan Morano or Morano Gelato! You will learn not only how to develop and balance a recipe, but also the nature of the ingredients and the secrets of a successful gelato shop.

Dates: May 9th-10th, 2016
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Price: $300.00 per person for 2 day class. (Lunch is included.)
