Using real wood chips and pressure cooking, the Smokaroma locks in moisture and flavor while cutting smoking times by more than half. With up to 45 lbs. of capacity per load, it’s built for volume, while its closed system keeps smoke, heat, and grease contained.

- Safe – Normal operating pressure is 12 psi. Exhaust will occur between 14 to 15 psi and the pressure release valve will release pressure if it exceeds 16 to 17 psi.
