The Taylor 359 is a dual-flavor, gravity-fed shake machine designed to handle your two most popular shake flavors with ease. Whether you’re running a high-traffic burger concept, dessert bar, or fast-food chain, this machine delivers fast, consistent pours with consistent overrun and texture, even during peak hours.
Its two barrels allow you to serve both flavors side-by-side, that operate independently from each other ensuring a thick, creamy product every time. Want to keep it simple? Serve the classics straight from the tap. Want to go big? Dispense a base shake and let your team customize it with syrups, mix-ins, or over-the-top toppings. From peanut butter drizzle to cookie crumble finishes, the 359 makes shake customization quick, clean, and scalable—no blenders, no mess, no slowdown.
Features
- Two flavors.
- Fast Ejection – The beater design ejects product quickly to serve customers faster. Dispense a 16 fl. oz. (473 ml) serving in approximately 3 seconds.
- Thumb-Grip Draw Handle – Draw handle makes dispensing of product easy by squeezing two levers together.
- Indicator lights – If the freezer is out of mix, the Mix Out light will illuminate, and the freezer will shut down automatically to prevent damage. Less than one pint (0.5 liter) is left in the hopper when the Mix Out system is activated.
- Plastic Hopper Cover – The durable plastic hopper cover maintains its shape through years of use.
- One dedicated electrical connection is required. See the Electrical chart for the proper electrical requirements. Manufactured to be permanently connected.
- Air Cooled – Minimum 3” (76 mm) around all sides. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
- Options include bumper kit.
