Taylor Model C303 Frozen Carbonated Beverage Freezer
The Taylor C303 is a high-capacity, three-barrel frozen carbonated beverage system designed for operators who need reliable performance and consistent product quality. Each 7-quart cylinder delivers smooth, carbonated slush with excellent texture, while Slushtech™ viscosity control helps maintain consistency from open to close, even during heavy-use periods.
To keep beverages to spec, Sure Set™ Flow Control automatically adjusts for fluctuations in water, syrup, or CO₂ pressure, reducing the need for hands-on recalibration. Direct-drive motors improve efficiency and help keep operation quieter, and automatic defrost and standby modes preserve product quality while conserving energy after-hours.
Well suited for convenience stores, movie theaters, quick-service restaurants, and other high-traffic beverage programs, the C303 provides dependable output, consistent drinks, and operator-friendly performance in a streamlined footprint.

- Three flavors.
- Indicator Lights – Add Mix light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit shuts down to prevent damage.
- Electronic Viscosity Control – The electronic viscosity control continuously measures product viscosity and regulates operation of the refrigeration system.
- One dedicated electrical connection is required. See the electrical chart for the proper electrical requirements. Manufactured to be permanently connected.
- Minimum Clearance: 3″ (76 mm) around all sides, and 12″ (305 mm) on the top of the unit. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
- Optional accessories include: a floor cart that provides storage for syrup, and a non-pressurized system that produces a wetter slush.
