Taylor Model C314 Frozen Carbonated Beverage Freezer
The Taylor C314 is a high-capacity, four-barrel frozen carbonated beverage system built for operators who need consistent performance during steady traffic and peak demand. Each 7-quart cylinder produces smooth, carbonated slush, while Slushtech™ viscosity control maintains the right texture from the first pour to the last.
To help keep beverages to spec, Taylor’s Sure Set™ Flow Control automatically manages brix levels, reducing the need for recalibration. Direct-drive motors improve efficiency and reduce noise, making the C314 suitable for both customer-facing areas and back-of-house beverage stations. When traffic slows, automatic defrost and standby modes help preserve product quality while conserving energy.
Ideal for amusement parks, convenience stores, and other high-traffic self-serve or attendant-served environments, the C314 delivers high output, consistent beverages, and intuitive operation in one streamlined system.

- Four flavors.
- Indicator Lights – Add Mix light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit shuts down to prevent damage.
- Electronic Viscosity Control – The electronic viscosity control continuously measures product viscosity and regulates operation of the refrigeration system.
- One dedicated electrical connection is required. See the electrical chart for the proper electrical requirements. Manufactured to be permanently connected.
- Minimum Clearance: 3″ (76 mm) around all sides, and 12″ (305 mm) on the top of the unit. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
- Optional accessories include: a floor cart to provide storage for syrups, a non-pressurized system to produce a wetter slush, and a short lighted display to match top of unit height.
